Dunique brings together 96 homes: 32 garden apartments, 32 penthouses and 32 paired villas. The masterplan by Maíz y Díaz places different ways of living within one coastal setting, with the social club and landscape concept developed in collaboration with Archidom Studio.

The choice begins with your preferred rhythm. A garden may suit unhurried afternoons at home; a penthouse can place more of the day above the surrounding landscape.
