La Cerquilla Residence

The Residence

An atrium, a garden.
A different kind of villa.

This villa for sale in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucía, is organised around light and its garden setting. An atrium-style entrance introduces the home, while full-height glazing connects the interior to landscaped grounds and the distinctive split-level swimming pool. La Concha forms the backdrop.

The kitchen, dining area and lounge form an open living arrangement, with covered terraces offering another place to gather. For a buyer comparing contemporary villas, the relationship between these shared spaces and the garden is a defining part of this home’s layout.

Air conditioning, underfloor heating and home automation are included in the property information. Nueva Andalucía provides the wider setting for golf, sports and restaurants, with Puerto Banús and the coast beyond the neighbourhood.
