Velaya brings together thirty-eight homes in a beachfront setting in Estepona. The collection comprises twenty-four apartments, six penthouses, six townhouses and two detached villas. Completed in 2023, it offers a useful choice of residential forms within one development, from an apartment with outdoor space to a home with its own garden.

The white buildings, broad terraces and planted communal spaces give the architecture a clear relationship with the outdoors. HCP’s project record describes sea-facing orientation and direct access from the complex to the shore.
