The Development

A familiar address,
a personal choice

Marina Puente Romano occupies the residential setting immediately west of the Puente Romano hotel on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Its 234 apartments and penthouses sit within three garden communities: Jardines Andaluces, Jardines Persas and Jardines Japoneses. Each has its own pool and a distinct relationship with the surrounding resort and coastline.

The individual home matters as much as the address. A garden outlook, an open sea view, a shaded terrace or proximity to the tennis club can create quite different daily experiences. For a discreet search here, we would start with those preferences and the balance you want between privacy, outdoor space and time spent enjoying the neighbourhood.

Three garden settings

The landscape sets the tone

In Jardines Andaluces, palms, fountains, terracotta paths and decorative tiles reflect the region’s architectural traditions. Jardines Persas draws on the gardens of the Alhambra, using water channels and fountains within its landscape. Jardines Japoneses introduces bridges, streams and waterfalls, giving its paths and planting a different character.

These are useful distinctions when choosing where to focus a search. Spending time in each garden, following the route to the beach and looking at how a terrace meets its surroundings can reveal more than a floor plan. The most suitable home is the one whose immediate setting feels right throughout the day.

Jardines Andaluces

The garden community north of the tennis club combines traditional architectural influences with palms, fountains and a substantial communal pool.

Jardines Persas

Water and planting lead towards the promenade. Parts of this garden community occupy the seafront, while other homes look into its landscaped setting.

Jardines Japoneses

Footbridges and flowing water give this garden its identity. Homes have varied relationships with the sea, pools and greenery.

The Location

The coast, with a social life close by

The neighbouring Puente Romano resort brings restaurants, a tennis club and spa facilities into the immediate area. Its dining scene includes places such as Sea Grill, Nobu and COYA, giving residents several ways to plan an evening close to home. Reservations, memberships, access and charges for hotel facilities should be checked separately.

Marina also offers an established residential context in which homes can differ considerably. Some retain a more traditional interior, while others have been extensively renovated. A careful comparison should consider the quality and scope of those changes, the layout and terrace, and the practical arrangements of the particular community.

Before We Talk

A few useful
questions.

Are all Marina Puente Romano homes directly beachfront?

No. Parts of Jardines Persas and Jardines Japoneses occupy the seafront, while other homes sit further within the gardens. A residence’s exact position, outlook and route to the beach should be considered individually.

Does ownership include all Puente Romano hotel services?

Do not assume that hotel services are included. Restaurants, tennis, spa and other facilities have their own reservation, membership and payment arrangements, which should be confirmed for the services you wish to use.

Can Ash & Key help with a pocket-listing enquiry?

Yes. Tell us your preferred garden, outlook and style of home, or let us help you define them. We can then discuss a private search without this guide representing a particular property for sale.
