The Development

The shore as
a starting point.

UNO occupies a beachfront site at El Ancón on Marbella’s Golden Mile. Jamsa currently lists the development as ongoing, and the public project website identifies CTH Capital as developer. The address gives the design a clear focus: the relationship between home, garden and Mediterranean.

Its appeal is easy to understand if your idea of Marbella begins with time outdoors. A useful search then becomes more personal: how much shade you want, how you entertain, and whether the outlook from the main living space matters more than a particular floor or layout.

Architecture & atmosphere

A quieter language of stone, shade and planting.

Group-IPS credits Tobal Arquitectos with UNO’s architecture. The published visualisations show pale surfaces, broad covered terraces and planting threaded between the buildings. In the garden scenes, palms and layered greenery soften the approach; on the terraces, deep overhead shelter frames the horizon.

These images are best read as an introduction to the design. Look beyond the furniture and imagine an ordinary day: breakfast outside, a shaded place to read, and enough room to move between an open living area and the terrace without rearranging everything.

Outdoor rooms

The terrace visualisations suggest space for both dining and sitting. For your own brief, consider the balance of shelter, sunlight and usable outdoor depth.

A garden approach

The project imagery puts planting at the centre of the arrival experience. It offers a useful lens for considering privacy, outlook and the transition into a home.

A personal fit

Orientation, the position of neighbouring terraces and the proportions of the main rooms deserve close attention. The right choice begins with how you intend to live.

The Location

El Ancón, on the Golden Mile.

Jamsa places UNO close to Puente Romano, with the beachfront position central to its identity. That gives the guide a precise geographical anchor for comparing other Golden Mile addresses.

When exploring the area, take the route you would use in daily life. Notice the approach, the surrounding activity and how the setting feels at different times. Those impressions help turn a broad location preference into a more considered brief.

Before We Talk

A few useful
questions.

Is UNO a completed development?

The current Jamsa project page labels UNO as ongoing. We therefore treat it as a development enquiry and confirm the relevant project stage before discussing an opportunity.

What does the imagery show?

The images on this page are architectural visualisations from public project material. They illustrate design intentions and should be considered alongside the current plans and specifications.

Can I enquire without a particular property in mind?

Yes. Share the space, outlook and timing you are considering. We can use that brief to discuss UNO and explore suitable opportunities, subject to individual confirmation.
